Cooking that fires true again.
Dual-fuel and gas ranges, rangetops, gas and induction cooktops, wall ovens, steam ovens and speed ovens — diagnosed precisely and recalibrated to factory temperature. Factory-trained on dual-fuel, with genuine OEM igniters, spark modules and elements.
Smell gas? Stop using the appliance, leave it off, and call us before anything else — a no-light burner or no-heat oven can wait, a gas leak cannot. We answer (760) 477-0575 24/7.
Cooking faults we diagnose and repair.
Burners click but won’t light
Sealed burners that spark endlessly without catching — or won’t spark at all — usually trace to a fouled igniter, a failed spark module or a clogged burner port we clean and test.
Oven off from the set temperature
Bakes coming out raw or scorched mean the cavity is running hot or cold versus the dial. We read actual temperature with calibrated probes and recalibrate the control to spec.
Dual-fuel oven not heating
No heat, weak heat or uneven bake on a dual-fuel range points to a bake/broil element, igniter or relay board — diagnosed without guessing on Wolf, Thermador and Viking.
Self-clean fault or locked door
A self-clean cycle that errors out, blows a thermal fuse or leaves the door latched shut is a common failure we reset, repair and verify so the oven is usable again.
Steam oven not steaming
No steam, a descale warning that won’t clear, or a fault code on a Miele, Wolf or Gaggenau steam oven — water system, valves and boards serviced and descaled properly.
Induction won’t recognize pans
Elements that won’t detect cookware, cut out mid-cook or throw error codes on an induction cooktop — we test coils, sensors and the power board to pinpoint the fault.
A dual-fuel range is two appliances sharing one frame.
A Wolf or Thermador dual-fuel range pairs sealed gas burners with a precise electric oven — and the two fail in completely different ways. A burner that won’t spark is an ignition problem; an oven that bakes 30° off is a calibration, sensor or element problem. Treating them as one appliance is how you end up replacing parts that were never broken.
We test the ignition and the cavity separately: spark modules, igniters and gas valves on the cooktop, then the bake/broil elements, temperature sensor and control board in the oven. Repairs use genuine OEM igniters, spark modules, elements and boards, and we recalibrate the cavity to the manufacturer’s exact tolerance so the next roast comes out right.

Range, cooktop & oven FAQs.
Why won’t my Wolf range burner light?
Usually a clicking-but-not-lighting burner is a fouled or cracked igniter, a failed spark module, or a burner cap and port clogged with spillover. On a Wolf, Thermador or Viking range we test the spark module and igniter, clean the burner assembly, and replace the failed part with a genuine OEM igniter or module so it lights cleanly every time. If you smell gas, stop using the range and call us right away.
Can you recalibrate an oven that’s off temperature?
Yes. If your oven bakes hot or cold compared with the set temperature, we measure the actual cavity temperature with a calibrated probe and adjust the control’s calibration to factory spec. If a worn temperature sensor, bake element or control board is causing the drift, we replace it with a genuine OEM part and re-verify the temperature before we leave.
Do you service both gas and induction cooking brands?
We do. We repair gas and dual-fuel ranges, rangetops and gas cooktops as well as induction cooktops, wall ovens, steam ovens and speed ovens — including Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Gaggenau, La Cornue, Dacor, Miele, JennAir and Monogram. Our technicians are factory-trained on dual-fuel and induction electronics, not just one fuel type.
How much does a range or oven repair cost?
A flat $89 service call covers the on-site diagnosis and is credited toward your repair. Because cooking faults range from a simple igniter to a control board or sealed gas component, we quote the exact repair price only after inspecting the appliance — always before any work begins.
